We will involve parents local industry old trainees and key citizens of the city to give suggestion AND take interest in the broad direction of the ITI s training agenda This will involve Holding regular Quarterly PTA meetings Meeting with HR Managers of Local Industry Regular Monthly IMC Meeting Besides this we will encourage more pride in the ITI amongst local population by holding public exhibitions of the work done by the trainees For better administration and control we will design and implement a proprietary Management Information System (MIS) and Quality Management System A survey for Modular Employment Skill will also be done for better management and Co-ordination with the local industry

Mission

We plan to make the ITI (W) Kapurthala an institute of pride in the district & state of Punjab. It will be the engine of social development & change and will be the center for development of both women and men in the state. We hope to have all citizens of the district partake in the institute of growth and development. Sustainability will be ensured by the outcomes of the training offered at the institute and hence the success of the students who will get better employment and brighter futures

History

This institute was Started in 1960 in jalowkhana Kapurthala.Besides this we will encourage more pride in the ITI amongst local population by holding public exhibitions of the work done by the trainees.
