Introduction
SBMS ITC institute owns the land and building with total area covering 3 acres. The building of the institute is among the best in the category and was constructed to provide all the facilities to the trainees and staff. It has separate workshops for each trade, a library and computer lab to cater the educational need. There is also a playing field for the recreation of trainees. RO system is installed to provide clean drinking water. A canteen is also available.
SBMS ITC is authorized to offer courses in four trades and these are Electrician, Welder, Plumber and Fitter. All the trades of the institution are affiliated to National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Govt. of India, New Delhi and approved by the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), Punjab. Final examinations are held at institute.

Vocational training is the key to uplift the rural society. Our mission is to impart vocational training to the individuals, especially from rural areas. We are determined to provide education and training to semi-skilled and unskilled individuals to transform them into technically competent and multi-skilled professionals. The vision is to help trainees for a bright and productive career for our trainees.
History
SBMS Industrial training centre was started in the year 2011 with the aim to provide Vocational Training to young people. It was set up in village Khurd near Malerkotla so that people from the adjoining rural area could take the advantage. A state of the art building was built comprising of all amenities. Qualified and dedicated staff is working to provide a rich training experience.
Objective
To introduce at least two new training programs for the next session. These are Teacher Training for Beautician and Stitching and Embroidery.
Take trainees for industrial visit atleast twice a year.
