Introduction

Satluj Institute of Vocational Education (I.T.I)Sandhe Hasham Zira Road, Ferozepur, is affiliated to Technical Education and Industrial Training Department, Government of Punjab, S.C.V.T. & N.C.V.T., Director Employment & Training Government of India, New Delhi. It gives us immense pleasure to announce the opening of Craftsman Trades as Welder,Plumber,Electrician,Driver Cum Mechanic,C.O.P.A. (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant)under the aegis of Satluj Educational Society, Ferozepur. Short Term Courses related with Welder,Plumber,Electrician,Driver Cum Mechanic & C.O.P.A. are also running in the instiute.

Mission

This Was a long cherished but long standing requirement in this Border and Backward area. This Institute will especially cater to the needs of the students of remote rural areas,who could not go to far flung places to get the training of Craftsman Trades.It however is open for Co-Education Training.Shortly we are going to introduce more vocational and job oriented courses in this region. We also intended to provide quality but subsidized education to students belonging to weaker sections of the society.

The Satluj Educational Society has formed on 5th December 2003.

Objective

After passing any of the above said Courses, Students have the golden opportunity to get attractive job offers/options to work in foreign countries & can run their own business & Govt. Jobs.
