Introduction
The Organization Shri Guru Hargobind Educational Council (Regd.) Palahi is a Society Registered under Societies Registeration Act 1860. It is running the Group of Institutes. Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh Palahi is the President of this Organization.
The Institute Jagat Singh Palahi Private Industrial Training Institutes was set up in May 2014. At the initial stage the major areas of its work was Manpower Development & Training Transfer of Technology, Technical Services, support Services & Dissemination of Information. At present the Institute imparts training to rural unemployed youths in two technical trades Computer Operator and Programming Assistant and Architectural Assistant .
The Institute is about 4Kms. from Phagwara Bus Stand and Phagwara Railways Station, located on Chandigarh - Jalandhar Highway at village PALAHI. This is the only Industrial Training Institute of its kind which is situated in rural area in the Northern Region to promote quality computer education. The Institute has a beautiful and large building.
