Introduction
..DolphIn ITC Bishanpura,Sunam was established in 2009 and got affiliation from DGET &PSTE&IT vide Order no- DGET-6/19/32/2010-TC dt.07/07/2010 under The Craftsmen Training Scheme to ensure a steady flow of the skilled workers in different trades for the domestic industry, to raise quantitatively and qualitatively the industrial training, to reduce unemployment among the educated youth by providing them employable training, to cultivate and nurture a technical and industrial attitude in the minds of the younger generation.The educational qualification (minimum)varies from class VIII pass to class XII depending upon the trades.The duration of training varies from six months to two years. The trainees after completion of craftsmen training appear in All India Trade Test to get National Trade Vocational Certificate awarded by National Council of Vocational training, which is recognized for the purpose of recruitment to the subordinate technical posts at the shop floor level within the country as well as abroad. In a short period the institute earned its reputation of a high class Industrial training institute due to its devotion and quality education.
Mission
Due to having less educational institutions Sunam is called the backward area. So to overcome this problem & provide the better environment of the technical education,to increase the practical knowledge & personality development of the students. In this region in year 2009 Dolphin Charitable & Educatiton Trust established and be reg. with the help of this welfare society Dolphin ITC, is establish in year 2010 and this iti being now very well successed in its motive to increase education among students and improve the backwardness in this region

Dolphin ITC Bishanpura.Sunam distt.Sangrur Is Established In Year 2010 under Dolphin Charitable Trust reg.No.DIC.DRA.5594 of 2009.At present four trades are running in the Institute so for named Electrician Welder Fitter Carpanter.
